Regulators must be used to connect sealed rechargeable batteries with a charging source (such as an ac transformer or solar panel). Regulators control the current flowing to the battery and prevent the battery current from flowing to the charging source. In addition to the stand-alone regulators listed here, regulators are incorporated in some of our products.
The CH150 is a charging regulator for an external rechargeable 12 V VRLA (valve-regulated lead-acid) battery, such as the BP12 or BP24 offered by Campbell Scientific. Charging power for the CH150 is t...read more
The CH201 is a microcontroller-based smart charge controller that is ideal for charging 12 Vdc VRLA batteries. The charger uses MPPT (maximum power point tracking) technology to safely manage amp...read more
The PS150 is a 12 Vdc power supply that includes a rechargeable 7 Ah valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery and charging regulator. Charging power for the PS150 is typically supplied by an unre...read more
The PS200 is a 12-Vdc battery with a charge controller. The controller manages amperage and voltage for safe, optimized battery charging from a solar-panel or AC power source. It also measures various...read more
The DCDC18R Boost Regulator accepts an 11 to 16 Vdc input and boosts it to 18 Vdc, allowing a vehicle to recharge CR3000, CR5000, or CR23X sealed rechargeable batteries. The DCDC18R conveniently attac...read more
