i am using RTMC for real time data viewing , one station has 2 water quality sondes up and bottom sondes, the bottom sonde is collecting the data and RTMC is updating automatically, however the upper one is not collecting and updating, although both are connecting tothe same logger and transmitting the data using moxa modem to our computor, please advise. when i changed th RTMC sonde table source to .Dat file it updates the screen but the file again is not updating automatically, everytim i hav to do custom collect.
It sounds like there may be an issue with the upper sonde's data collection settings or connectivity please check the configuration and ensure it’s properly set to update automatically, similar to the bottom sonde.
