In the lead up to the Christmas break, we wish to advise you of some important dates for processing orders and our office closure dates.
CSA will be closed for the Christmas break from 12:30pm AEST Tuesday 24 December 2024, with all CSA services resuming at 8:30am AEST Monday 6 January 2025.
There will be limited technical support and quote assistance available from Thursday 2 January 2025. Shipping, production and repairs services will recommence at 8:30am AEST on Monday 6 January 2025.
In general, for domestic customers, if your order consists of in-stock, off the shelf products that can be shipped to you via air freight, your order must be placed before Friday 13 December 2024 for the best opportunity of pre-Christmas delivery. For international customers, please contact us if there is any equipment you need to order and have delivered to you before Christmas.
